The sharpest pain hits resort and lifestyle properties — Andaz, Park Hyatt beach resorts, Alila — during summer and school holidays. There is no cap on how many nights a hotel can price at upper or top tiers. Book anything aspirational at current rates before May. Refundable awards cost nothing to hold.
